Is Bible corrupted?

G.R.. Miller writes in his article that, Bible is corrupted.

But Quran itself confirms that Bible is not changed or corrupted as we read in these Suras:

Sura 41:41. Those who reject the Message when it comes to them (are not hidden from Us). And indeed it is a Book of exalted power.

Sura 41:42. No falsehood can approach it from before or behind it: It is sent down by One Full of Wisdom, Worthy of all Praise.

Sura 15:9. We have, without doubt, sent down the Message; and We will assuredly guard it (from corruption).

These Suras say that God is guard of message that He sent in this world but Muslim scholars are saying that the Bible has been corrupted so my question is who is right? Allah's statement or scholar's statement? Because both are contradictory statement so both cannot be true. One of them are lying either Allah or scholar?

Quran also says in Sura 3:3, It is He Who sent down to thee (step by step), in truth, the Book, confirming what went before it; and He sent down the Law (of Moses) and the Gospel (of Jesus) before this, as a guide to mankind, and He sent down the criterion (of judgment between right and wrong).

Sura 3:48 "And Allah will teach him the Book and Wisdom, the Law and the Gospel,

Sura 5:46 And in their footsteps We sent Jesus the son of Mary, confirming the Law that had come before him: We sent him the Gospel: therein was guidance and light, and confirmation of the Law that had come before him: a guidance and an admonition to those who fear Allah.

All the above Suras tell us that Allah sent the Law and Gospel in this world and he will protect it from corruption. When Allah saying that He will guard the message that he sent then actually He is lying or He has no capability to protect His word?

Bible written by Prophets and apostles

Here is the proof of God speaking and prophets or scribes writing it down very carefully. There is not a single proof that priests made changes or altered the Bible. The most ancient scrolls "dead sea scrolls" which are more than 2000 years old also proved that Bible is not changed at all. They found every book of OT except Esther in that.

Here are the verses which proves that Bible was written by prophets and apostles:

God said to Moses in Exodus 17:14, "Then the LORD said to Moses, "Write this for a memorial in the book and recount it in the hearing of Joshua.."

And in Exodus 34:1-2, And the LORD said to Moses, "Cut two tablets of stone like the first ones, and I will write on these tablets the words that were on the first tablets which you broke. So be ready in the morning, and come up in the morning to Mount Sinai, and present yourself to Me there on the top of the mountain.

Again God said to Moses in Exo 34:27-28, Then the LORD said to Moses, "Write these words, for according to the tenor of these words I have made a covenant with you and with Israel. So he was there with the LORD forty days and forty nights; he neither ate bread nor drank water. And He wrote on the tablets the words of the covenant, the Ten Commandments.

God said to Moses that how important it is to teach the word of God to people and Moses wrote in Deu 6:6-9, "And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up. You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.

Deu 17:18-19 "Also it shall be, when he sits on the throne of his kingdom, that he shall write for himself a copy of this law in a book, from the one before the priests, the Levites. And it shall be with him, and he shall read it all the days of his life, that he may learn to fear the LORD his God and be careful to observe all the words of this law and these statutes,

Deu 27:2-3 "And it shall be, on the day when you cross over the Jordan to the land which the LORD your God is giving you, that you shall set up for yourselves large stones, and whitewash them with lime. You shall write on them all the words of this law, when you have crossed over, that you may enter the land which the LORD your God is giving you, 'a land flowing with milk and honey,' just as the LORD God of your fathers promised you.

Deu 27:8 "And you shall write very plainly on the stones all the words of this law."

Deu 31:19 "Now therefore, write down this song for yourselves, and teach it to the children of Israel; put it in their mouths, that this song may be a witness for Me against the children of Israel.

Isa 8:1 Moreover the LORD said to me, "Take a large scroll, and write on it with a man's pen concerning Maher-Shalal-Hash-Baz.

Isa 30:8 Now go, write it before them on a tablet, And note it on a scroll, That it may be for time to come, Forever and ever:

Jer 30:1 The word that came to Jeremiah from the LORD, saying,
Jer 30:2 "Thus speaks the LORD God of Israel, saying: 'Write in a book for yourself all the words that I have spoken to you.

Jer 36:2 "Take a scroll of a book and write on it all the words that I have spoken to you against Israel, against Judah, and against all the nations, from the day I spoke to you, from the days of Josiah even to this day.

Jer 36:17 And they asked Baruch, saying, "Tell us now, how did you write all these words; at his instruction?"
Jer 36:18 So Baruch answered them, "He proclaimed with his mouth all these words to me, and I wrote them with ink in the book."

Jer 36:28 "Take yet another scroll, and write on it all the former words that were in the first scroll which Jehoiakim the king of Judah has burned.

Hab 2:2 Then the LORD answered me and said: "Write the vision And make it plain on tablets, That he may run who reads it.
Hab 2:3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time; But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; Because it will surely come, It will not tarry.

Luke 1:3 it seemed good to me also, having had perfect understanding of all things from the very first, to write to you an orderly account, most excellent Theophilus,
Luke 1:4 that you may know the certainty of those things in which you were instructed.

All these verses says that Bible was written by prophets and apostles at the same time when those incidents took place. So there is no question of Bible corruption.
